Settle Town Council's flowerpot display is now in position on the marketplace. Thanks to the amazing Settle Flowerpot Festival team who were commissioned to create a display with reference to Banyuls-sur-Mer whom Settle are twinned with.
Settle Town Council is required to set a budget for each financial year, and it is this budget that determines the local council element of your Council Tax Bill. The amount varies by the Council Tax Band of your home. The Council has set a precept for 2024/25 of £142.120,

On Friday the 13th of January the high winds and awful weather caused the flag pole on the top of Castlebergh to snap. The flag pole was behind repair and unfortunately the Council’s insurance company would not cover the cost of a replacement.
